WELL REHABILITATION

Greetings everyone
I have posted a rehabilitation project at Give Meaning.com, to go directly to our project here is the address http://payback.givemeaning.com if anyone would like to donate to help on this project. A tax receipt will be issued. A little or a lot would help provide clean drinking water to many families in the villages where we work on reforestation and community schools. We have hundreds of these wells that desperately need cleaning and deepening. Our well Technician has been working with us for few years now and is a very able person, let’s try to keep him working. Moving Forward

Here it is nearly the middle of May and I have cabin fever real bad, sitting at home in Victoria. Hoping my dreams of returning to Zambia and my project will become a reality later this year. So I am busy getting back in shape and planning the way forward for the project. Funding the expansion of the project is a big challenge but where there is a will there is a way.

I have not fallen of the edge of the earth, time is going by and I am feeling better every day. Felix is starting to buy tree seeds for this years planting season and I am getting cabin fever here in Canada wanting to take part. It is so rewarding to visit the community schools we have give new black boards to (thanks to LUSH.com) and other donors for the pencils and school supplies they have given. While in Victoria I am using this time to try my luck at fund raising; the costs of the project keep increasing as we expand.
My Zambian colleagues are doing a good job keeping things going on the ground.
